During an industrial accident or road traffic accident (RTA) investigation, various methods are used to collect and analyse evidence. This may include examining physical evidence, interviewing witnesses and involved parties, reviewing safety protocols and procedures, collecting measurements on site and reconstructions involving head-mount cameras, CCTV and drone footage.

Industrial accidents can be the result of multiple factors, including equipment malfunctions, human error, and organizational failures. By identifying these factors, we have assisted in cases such as corporate manslaughter, health and safety cases and compliance.
